Watermark Ministry exists to carry the hope and healing of Jesus Christ into the lives of people throughout Baja California Sur and beyond. We believe the same Living Water that changed a woman’s life at a well in John 4 is still changing lives today. Every home restored, every meal served, every pastor trained, and every church planted is a ripple of that grace spreading outward.
Our Why
Watermark Global Ministry was born from a simple conviction: To see a need and remain unchanged runs contrary to the gospel. While serving in Baja California Sur, we saw communities with deep physical and spiritual needs existing only miles from luxury resorts and tourism. We believe the gospel must be both proclaimed and demonstrated. So we partner with local leaders to serve families, strengthen churches, and point people to Jesus.

Founding Story
Watermark Global Ministries was born out of a moment that couldn’t be ignored.
During a trip to Cabo, the contrast between wealth and need was impossible to miss—resorts and hillside homes standing alongside nearby barrios where families struggled daily.
That reality planted a seed, and it didn’t take root in just one life. A shared conviction emerged: to see that kind of need and remain unchanged runs counter to the very message of the gospel.
Watermark Global exists to meet real needs and share the gospel in tangible ways—because the message of Jesus was never meant to be heard only, but lived out. Faith is not abstract. It moves toward need, acts with compassion, and points clearly to Christ.
Through partnerships with local leaders, the ministry works to feed families, support churches, and invest in lasting impact. The goal is simple: to make the gospel both visible and transformative.
Biblical Foundation
John 4 — The Living Water: Transformation begins where Jesus meets thirsty souls.
Isaiah 58 — True Fasting: We loose the chains of injustice, share bread with the hungry, and rebuild what’s broken.

Our Framework
Watermark operates as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit ministry headquartered in Oklahoma and serving throughout Baja California Sur. The structure balances accountability, teamwork, and Spirit-led flexibility — simple, relational, and scalable.
Financial & Fundraising Readiness
Every resource entrusted to Watermark is a sacred trust. We plan diligently, give thanks constantly, and aim to direct at least 70 percent of expenditures to front-line ministry while operating debt free.
Donor Engagement
Water Bearers — monthly partners ($25–$250); quarterly updates, and a prayer journal.
Well Builders — churches and businesses ($5,000–$15,000); semi-annual impact report, and visit opportunity.
Living Water Partners — major donors ($25,000+); annual retreat, and naming opportunities.
Ministry Model and Our How
We move from Compassion (relief) to Collaboration (relationship) to Commission
(reproduction). Signature programs include: Home Refurbishing Projects, Feeding Centers, Pastor Training Intensives, Church Planting Partnerships, Mission Teams, and Sports Clinics & Community Outreach.
Project Pipeline
Identify → Assess → Activate → Celebrate — a repeatable, prayerful flow ensuring wise planning and joyful testimony.
Leaders are formed to flow: rooted in Christ, relational in mission, resilient under pressure, and reproducible by design. The pathway blends spiritual formation and practical skill building (50/50) through formation, equipping, and multiplication. Weekly prayer rhythm, monthly one-on-ones, quarterly retreats, and the annual Living Water Summit sustain team health.
